@thesamparr @thesamparr im a physio. I agree with a couple of things. Look up slump test on YouTube see how you go for a diagnosis/look at your neural mobility. Also have a play with the ATG/kOT exercise called elephant walk. Very much a neural sliding exercise rather than a muscle stretch.
