@RyanDyrudLAFB I know I’m an outlier, but I keep saying 2027 is the make or break year. That’s a year of development with the number one recruiting class. At that point if we aren’t in the top four I’ll join the naysayers but until then I’m waiting it out and thinking positive.
@MattLeinartQB We’re there (we live close and seats that would be $200+ for USC were $8.50). Its bizarre. They papered the crowd by filling both end zones with young kids. New Mexico’s crowd isn’t huge but a lot louder than the Bruins. It’s sad how little support they get from alums/students.

I took quick drive last evening at sunset from beginning to end. The commentary is very stream-of-consciousness (which is pretty typical for me).
I mostly agree with you except about Riley. Sure, we’re all disappointed at where the team is now but if we hadn’t beaten LSU so solidly at the beginning of the season nobody would have expected so much from the team this season. Replacing Riley is a waste of money. Talk to the boosters who are talking about putting up the money to buy him out and just put half of what it would cost into an NIL fund and buy the portal players to fill the holes in the short term while we develop the young guys for the long term (and development really is the key for the long term). Replacing Riley just puts us another two years back and wastes a lot of money.
I need someone in authority at @SunnovaEnergy to get in touch immediately. Your customer service and transfer people are holding up a home sale closing, and have proven useless. We need someone who can order the staff to finish a way overdue UCC3 termination.
Let’s take this another way: If someone is under 30 and lives somewhere unaffordable to buy, maybe they should buy in another market that cash flows as a rental and get started in ownership. Sorry @GrantCardone, but I can’t agree with your hypothesis for someone living in California where a decent rental apartment will be &3000-plus. In lower priced markets, sure, but you have a national platform.
