@UmemeLtd wat happened to all the promises you came with? How can an agent tell you a team is on ground to handle the matter yet, it’s been 4hrs and the wires are still hanging in the air and some in the road , it’s dangerous but it seems you take our life for guaranteed.
Atleast if you don’t wish to help just inform us directly, it’s that simple. you should do the bare minimum that is expected of you becoz an area can’t run out of water for a week and a half and NO response team has been sent to assist with the situation.

@nwscug we have a challenge in our area with water , it’s been off for a couple days,The only challenge is our neighborhood has running water yet when contacted the team doesn’t follow up to see if it’s a genuine issue.lets have value for services we pay for .
