So what do you do when he tells you that WD40 helps him improve his range, pain and function 😂

Did I tell him to stop. No.
Would he have listened to me if I did. Probably not.

One of our community nurses visited a person with #learningdisabilities in supported living. She recognised the symptoms of sepsis and an ambulance was called. Thankfully the person is still alive due to the intervention by this nurse😁

@ALDO_Help Unfortunately it's been a common occurrance. I have checked again today, and still not a single pair of size 9 shoes! It seems crazy! I don't want to have to call customer services, I just want to walk into a shop or buy them online, like a normal person!
