@charconquest @Dan_Barzo @ZARA_Care @ZARA @ZARACare They also have proof of my purchase as their tills are glorified computers so the barcode from the coat is on their database telling them the time date and card that paid for it. Now my son has to go back to University without a coat.

@charconquest @Dan_Barzo @ZARA_Care @ZARA @ZARACare I've requested the CCTV footage from Zara and I'm waiting for a manager to call, guess what they haven't. I was told that they didn't have to show me the footage. Looks like Zara thinks it's above the law.

@charconquest @Dan_Barzo @ZARA_Care @ZARA @ZARACare Thank you for the info. When I contacted Zara Customer Care. I explained they may not have given me a receipt. I was told they can check the CCTV of the exchange to prove I had one!! In which case they also have proof of purchase!!

[Victoria Cottages @VictoriaGroby]

@Dan_Barzo @ZARA_Care Please could you tell me where this information is as I can't find it. I have the same problem with Zara. Want to exchange like for like but no receipt, although they have a recording of Zara giving my husband the receipt and we have a bank proof of purchase!!!

What happens when you tell your local council who are illegally blocking your garage that you have a skip arriving to dispose of your garden waste. #isitok a digger is added to their blockade. #unhelpfullocalcouncil #localcouncil #freeourgarage #righttoaccessmyproperty #digger

[Victoria Cottages @VictoriaGroby]

Our garage is still imprisoned by our local council. It is now full of garden waste which we are unable to composte or take to the tip as we can't get it out as the doors are illegally blocked by a fence. #unhelpfullocalcouncil #givebackouraccess #freeourgarage #gardenwaste

[Victoria Cottages @VictoriaGroby]

Luckily our car isn't #imprisoned by our #localcouncil so we've put petrol in our electric car as we can't charge it in our garage and gone out to enjoy the #BankHolidaySunday #sorryenvironment #freeourgarage @Leicester_Merc @hinckleytimes https://t.co/Qo8F0jGdRn
