I'm delighted to now be registered with the ICF (https://t.co/WSuvcbAY9Q)- meaning that I'm a fully verifiable coach 🎉
My focus for the timebeing will continue to be on coaching systems and teams and those who work within them.
Next step: certification through experience :-)
A great opportunity for any aspiring journalists without a degree to work with the @FT and as well as a local newspaper. A great fabulous experience awaits!

Engine Room - "By engineers, for engineers" - aiming to bring engineers together to share stories, challenges and ideas.
Delivery Room - "By delivery managers, open to all" - aiming to share experiences across the whole organisation and to invite conversations across depts.
My favourite thing about 2022 is that the @FT held not only their 8th (and best) Internal Tech Conference, but also their 2nd (also the best) Delivery Room conference. Two very different events, but both make me very proud to work here. https://t.co/q43bFl98ME @IntTechConf
We start with our first keynote which deals about what does it take to create a team environment that inspires ambition and creativity? How do we create a culture of generosity? If you want to learn, join the @devops_con and the keynote of Victoria Morgan-Smith
Every so often there will be a burst of Twitter conversations on the “Reverse Conway Manoeuver” and related topics.
I find this encouraging, but not for a reason you might suspect.
Hear me out; this is important.

Not long now til this wonderful conference that is allowing me to talk about my cat (and 4 others). Here's a great example of the other talks I'm looking forward to seeing! @devops_con
For some retailers, it meant speeding up digital #transformation. We all knew it was going to be a bumpy road but were we ready? @MrsDaehin explains how we implemented #ChaosTesting in our production environment in #Azure with Chaos Studio.

I'm honoured to have been invited to speak at this excellent conference. Here is just one of the wonderfully thought provoking talks I'm looking forward to seeing later in the day! @devops_con
#DevOps has become the de facto standard of our #industry. But what does it mean to do it? What does it mean for you as a developer, as a #team leader, as a product owner? @totollygeek shares the biggest #challenges and how to deal with them.

Great thread. From a @TeamTopologies viewpoint, a platform is simply a curated experience for consumers of the platform, not a lump of technology.
Focus on #UX, not [just] tech.
My top five takeaways from #KubeCon:
1. Cloud education is vitally important
2. Platforms and “golden paths” enable productivity
3. Developer experience is top of mind
4. Cloud networking is simplifying
5. Increasing focus on security

In an internal tech conference, those questions and comments post-talk are where your speaker sessions can lead to the harvesting of great ideas and even trigger change in your org and make the whole event worthwhile.
One of the best things about conferences is what comes next. Especially with internal conferences - the "ripple effect" is what you're really looking for. @IntTechConf#LALDN22 🧵
Good talk that made me think how a lot of companies I worked in haven't leveraged internal knowledge successfully. @VictoriaJMS sharing her experience with great examples and points we need to think about to make it last #LALDN22
