Quick recap of my 1st in-person meetup after 3+ years, and more detailed by @FranklyAgile with great visuals and photos
One thing I totally forgot and wasn't thinking of during prep: falling over power cords in the room. I didn't miss that 🤣

@FranklyAgile@azrameyer I didn't get a chance to tell you about the session @azrameyer did at #LALDN23
It was AMAZING, and she did it in 40 mins with a room of ~50 people. Definitely a lot to share between 3 of us 😃
What is rhe worst thing that can happen during presentation of brain-friendly learning hacks? Brain freeze. Obviously those hacks are not working for my brain. Maybe a little bit more sleep 🙄
Thankfully @FranklyAgile and attendees were focused and saved the day, so all good 🙃
Aaand we are back with in-person events!! Today I'll be introducing #TBR with @FranklyAgile as visual supporter and note taker. If you are in Dublin center, come and join us

Day 2 update: only 15 floors, because I joined 2 great workshops that lasted longer, so less walking between floors and different sessions. Still, a lot of standing and enough steps, so exercise done ✔
Recap of Day 1 at #LALDN23
13330 steps and 23 floors (used elevator only 2 times when I was very late for a talk)
Love when I get some exercise squeezed in a busy day 😁
Interesting workshop on Change Mapping run by @chrisvmcd at #LALDN23
All groups in the room came with a different story and mapping, but we all identified the same new practice that can be introduced. And we had good disucssions what that means for us, as a group, in our context
Powerful opening of Day 2 of #LALDN23 by @kubair
Great nudge and great examples how we, as agile coaches, can help people in our own communities. Thank you for reminding us of social component that we sometimes forget in a busy life
30 or 40 is acceptable if that's what you need and yes, daily scrum can be done in 15 mins, if you limit the wip and focus on blockers, not what each and every team member did
