I cannot believe how shambolic @verynetwork is when trying to get through to people. Cuts you off when you have a chance of getting through to anyone, or they put you through to the wrong person and the automated service is diabolical.

Never shopping with @verynetwork again, what an absolute shambles of a company. Getting fobbed off on twitter to use their website chat function which doesn't work and finally got through to someone on the phone to be told that a brand new pair of shoes returned weren't accepted
