@Eskom_SA Power has gone off in Sunninghill again! Less than 12 hours of electricity. We cannot even log a fault due to your system telling us our faults haven’t been cleared. Do better Eskom!
@JHBWater And what about the leaks that you are aware of, yet do nothing about? Sunninghill has FOUR burst pipes and a water leak??? Your call centre tells me they are aware of this!
@JHBWater Parts of Sunninghill are without water and so far 5 burst pipes in the area have been reported! You complain that the users are wasting water - however there is clean water pouring down the road!
@Eskom_SA Sunninghill has not had power restored after loadshedding. And we’re due for another 4 hour slot at 12. Please investigate. Reference number is 739646618
I have students work to grade online - I cannot do this. I have training to facilitate online - I cannot do this. I have already had to reschedule clients because of your outage last week and I am still playing catch up. This is not ok!
@Metro_Fibre please can you tell me how much longer the outage in Sunninghill will be? This is the 4th time this month our line has gone down! This is unacceptable!
