@Fastned has joined other leading UK CPOs to call on Chancellor @KwasiKwarteng to reduce VAT on public charging from 20% to 5% in line with private charging. In the face of energy and cost of living crises, we need to ensure the EV transition is affordable for all.

We have coordinated a letter from charge point operators to @hmtreasury and @KwasiKwarteng calling on him to immediately cut VAT on public charging or risk the roll-out of the charging network stalling.
