@OfficialPLT_CS I bought an item as a present that’s been worn once now has a massive hole in and looks like it’s been worn 100 times so disappointed in the quality how do I return for a refund?

@kelakekloi @Tesco The staff In store were really helpful today and did there best to help today, but unfortunately it’s out of theirs hands. I understand a glitch but 7 days to refund🤷🏼♀️some people are really struggling financially and this really isn’t helpful
@Tesco I’ve been charged twice for my shopping today I used contactless was told it was too much and I needed to use my pin and it’s gone through twice i have thrown my receipt away what can I do?
@Tesco What should I do in the meantime? How is this acceptable? I’ve seen people have had the same issue and a week later are still waiting for refunds? That could have been all the money I had! Really disappointing
@Tesco 4 days the money has been pending and unavailable for me to use due to an error you’re side and it’s still not available to me this is not good enough! How much longer I’m I supposed to wait?
