@UberEats I just ordered off Uber Eats and the order went to the wrong place. Having tried to sort it with a (very unhelpful) driver who kept referring to me as "bbz" he cancelled it. I have now been charged for something I never received despite the app saying it wouldn't.

@Cleartrip WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. BOUGHT 2 X TRAIN TICKETS. YOU TOOK THE MONEY IMMEDIATELY BUT DIDN'T SEND THE TICKETS. NO EXPLANATION. NO REFUND YET. WHY?
