I never want this but I need everyone to be safe in order to have a good time. I’ll make it up to you Toronto on the 31st. I promise!

This afternoon, I attended the ribbon cutting at Rogers Stadium in North York, which is opening its doors today and will host up to 50,000 people at a time.
It’s a great venue for tourism and entertainment - and I was thrilled to announce that Live Nation and Metrolinx will be providing free trips home for concert goers all summer.
Wow! Thank you to Matt Johnson, Brandon Cronenberg and Andrew Cividino for the kind words about @RevueCinema 's programming! This made my night! Thank you @torontolife !

The layoffs today at Bell are heartbreaking. My thoughts are with the talented journalists and teams who were impacted despite their crucial roles in sharing important, local stories. No local news in Canada is such bad news for Canadians. 💔
