VLC 3.0.24 is out.

This is a maintenance release focusing on security, with more than 130 security bugs found, but also adding small features like CEA-708 in MP4 or ATRAC codecs support, and updating 3rd party libraries.

This release still works from Windows XP to 11, macOS 10.7 to 27, most Linux, BSD and OS/2.

In addition, this release changes the main VideoLAN key from the old DSA-1024 to a RSA-4096 for updates.
In order to update, VLC will download the new pubkey (signed with the old key), so this is normal.

The mac G3 is actually running the last VLC (powerVLC).
The Pentium III on Windows XP, is running the last official release of VLC.
A lot of artefacts are from the 90s and early 2000s.
