@AirAsiaIndia Moreover we have travelled AI for the past 17 years and there has been no extra charges during connecting flights. Don’t try to justify something that we aren’t aware of. Hopeless AA.

@airindiain @AirAsiaIndia Moreover we didn’t even receive any flight booking on AA from you. My sister and family travelled on 17th Feb with no hassle with the changes too. They didn’t even charge them extra for baggage because they spoke. Now here my mum couldn’t speak hence they have charged her.

@airindiain @AirAsiaIndia I have dealt with AI and not AA. So without our consent you have cancelled and rebooked. I have nothing to do with AA. You need to speak with them and get us the refund. 17 years of experience with AI has gone in a waste now. No AI anymore.

@airindiain very disappointed with your service. I had booked AI connecting flight right IXB-DEL-DUB and back. My mother was traveling alone yesterday from Dubai. First of all you all cancel the domestic flight last minute. Secondly, Air Asia charges my mother 2100/- for luggage
