I think it's designed to be super restrictive - to the point it's not accessible if it's on a wait - on purpose.

This encourages people to skip the full-service Centurion, and they can still charge the same annual fee whether or not you get your plate of crushed cucumbers.

@no2hater Obviously addressing what happened and the investigation should be the primary focus, but something needs to be done to deter pax from delaying the evacuation with bags.

Thankfully it was inconsequential in this case, but it may not be next time.

Serious question - if pax are legally required to comply with flight attendant commands, why are there no consequences for those who disregard them and endanger the lives of others by evacuating with luggage?
