With the recent ColorOS 16 my OPPO Reno 14 has got this issue with the camera app. The camera app now feels sluggish,lags and also less responsive.
This optimising the photo.please wait is not letting me take any picture and I have to wait atleast 10-15 sec for this.

Kajal from Samsung Support told me in a recent call that even if 1,000 customers experience the green line issue on the S23, they won't be provided a free replacement. She is not ready to listen and keeps insisting that we pay the amount.

Hi Samsung,
Recently I got green line issue on my S23 while using mobile casually.
And then I tried all the steps provided from Samsung Support via whatsapp chat
and when checked with nearby service centre they are not providing free replacement.

After the March 2025 update, my S23 got a green vertical line on the display. No physical/water damage, but Samsung asks for a paid replacement since it's out of warranty. Pls report it.

Reg. @SamsungMobile S23 #greenline which caused because of #oneui7 update Just visited and spoke to service, they are denaiying to provide screen replacement. I would request samsung to look this matter and solve this issue ASAP

Got a green line on my S23 after the March update. This issue is present in S23 models after software updates. After calling customer care, they said there is no official announcement for free screen replacement for the software update issue.
