@MeghanJ5 Exactly it makes no sense. I'd rather ask sleep country warranty team come n sleep on my matress and feel the pain. Maybe then they will change their way of checking the damage

So frustrated with sleep country and their terrible service.

Initially bought a matress worth $800 (not even a year ago) and was sent a wrong matress then had to call and get the right one.
Less a year now and matress surface is so uneven, I cannot even sleep on it
