Posting about nearly a month later but on July 22, 2025, Dollar Shave Club sent out an email using an ableist slur. Since I can technically reclaim said slur, I'll spell it out in the quote of said email.

"and a chance to make the world a less lame place" is the exact quote.

Some alternatives they could have actually used are -

- a less boring place.
- a less dull place.
- a less dreary place.
- a less mundane place.

Those are just some examples. Hoping they decide to send out an email to everyone apologizing for it or I'll shop elsewhere.
