Excellent service! Especially for passengers who are worried that they might reach their destination too early and for those who are married. A delay of several hours really helps reduce that worry.
@JioCare I never wanted to disconnect, but your pathetic service forced me to. For 10 days u kept sending “sorry for inconvenience” with no fix and no ETA. Do u expect cust to wait for months without service? This is total failure and harassment.

@JioCare Worst service experience with Jio. After 10 days of unresolved outage I requested for closing the connection as issue was not fixed. Now refusing refund for 20 days non working service. Completely unacceptable.
