SC judgment in AM (Zimbabwe) now available online. CA adopted 'unduly narrrow' interpretation of Paposhvili and was wrong to require imminent death. Obligation on state to dispel 'serious doubts' as to access to treatment is 'surely reasonable': https://t.co/NTI7Cma8Qc
UT: 'reasonable' under 117B(6) for British child to leave UK - and her dad - for 9 months while mum seeks entry clearance. Chikwamba subjugated to 117B(1). Zambrano not engaged where compelled to leave only temporarily. Wow. https://t.co/EUOxdEyoLs
