#Winophiles a7 Mardi (@eatlivtravwrite ) does a wonderful Poulet Basquaise that pairs wonderfully with a Gaillac white. One of the softer Madeira as well. (Yes, it’s a staple dish so have tried many pairings!). ;-)

#Winophiles next to Bergerac is Percharment, a fascinating little AOC I only discovered when there. Not as rustic as Bergerac or Buzet, but I found could be more powerful than many RB Bordeaux.
