Then Air India guys proudly said to me on counter : "Jo Ukhandna hai Ukhad Lo".
Even CISF guys told then to Air India staff that you are not doing it right but Air India has next level of Arrogance.
Since then I have never travelled via Air India.

They mentioned long battery with backup of 22.5-23.5 hrs but instead experiencing only backup of 6-9 hrs. It is quite an expensive one. Now they shamelessly behaves after sales. Infact, inplace of give solution i am being harassed and neglected.

People from Srinagar to Jammu have encroached the path of Jammu to Srinagar Highway side too. Because of these kind of people, whole highway is in jam mode.
