Maryland Medical Practice Act (Health Occupations Article, Title 14), which lists grounds for disciplinary action, including “immoral conduct” and “unprofessional conduct” in the practice of medicine.

Key Statutory Grounds (Health Occupations § 14-404)
A disciplinary panel may reprimand, probate, suspend, or revoke a license if a physician:
• Is guilty of immoral conduct or unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine.
• Is professionally, physically, or mentally incompetent.
• Engages in other prohibited acts (e.g., fraud, patient abandonment, substance abuse, overutilization, false reports, etc.).
“Unprofessional conduct” is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the disciplinary panel. It is not rigidly defined in statute but includes failures to meet standards of care, ethical violations, or behavior that harms patients or the profession.

Medicaid billings for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services—codes 97151 through 97158—exploded 792% in five years: from $24.2 million monthly in January 2019 to flirting with $200 million by mid-2024, approaching $2 billion annually. WSJ calls it Medicaid’s fastest-growing line item. High-school-certified technicians earn ~$61/hr; some providers bill up to $800/hr.

The “honor system” delivered exactly what economic theory predicts: moral hazard, adverse selection, and a gold rush.

HHS Office of Inspector General audits of just four states (Indiana, Wisconsin, Maine, Colorado) uncovered ~$198 million in confirmed improper payments—with estimates climbing toward $500–600 million potentially improper. 100% of sampled claims failed. Kids were billed for napping, eating, watching movies, or playing on tablets. One Colorado provider logged 151 hours in a single month. Notes were photocopied, cloned across patients, or signed before sessions even happened. Uncredentialed staff delivered “therapy.” Children received years of treatment on a single decade-old referral with zero reassessment. States conducted zero post-payment reviews—until federal auditors showed up.

In Minnesota, the scam hit hyperdrive. Smart Therapy LLC and Star Autism Center LLC—targeting the Somali community—defrauded ~$21 million through EIDBI and ABA funds. Owners Asha Farhan Hassan and Abdinajib Hassan Yussuf (both pleaded guilty) recruited parents with cash kickbacks of $300–$1,500 per child per month. No autism diagnosis? No problem—they’d get the kid qualified. Unqualified teenage relatives posed as behavioral technicians. Services were never provided or wildly inflated. Proceeds? A $100,000 Freightliner semi-truck, $200,000+ wired to Kenya, and Kenyan real estate. Taxpayers recovered ~$15.3 million; the rest is gone.

That’s $1.54 per American household from just these four audited states.

Real families with autistic children deserve evidence-based support. Predatory operators treating Medicaid as an ATM do not. I’m livid. There’s a certain type of Republican senator that drives normal people absolutely insane:

RINOs. Republican In Name Only.

They talk like conservatives back home. They campaign like fighters. They send emails about “protecting democracy” and “standing with the American people.” But when the moment actually arrives… when something real is on the line… they fold like a cheap lawn chair in a hurricane.

Not quietly. Not subtly. Predictably.

Early Thursday morning, we got another perfect example. And honestly, nobody paying attention should be surprised anymore.

Four Republican senators… Sens. Thom Tillis of North Carolina, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Susan Collins of Maine, and Mitch McConnell of Kentucky… lined up shoulder to shoulder with every Senate Democrat to kill an effort tied to the SAVE America Act. Forty-eight to fifty.

That’s the number. Burn that in your brain. We were close….

The vote wasn’t about some obscure procedural tweak or technical amendment buried in congressional jargon. Strip away the language and what you’re left with is brutally simple:

They voted against requiring proof of citizenship to vote in American elections.

Not a complicated idea. Just: if you’re going to vote in the United States, you should be a United States citizen.

How hard is that? Here’s what really gets under my skin… it’s not just the vote itself. It’s the pattern.

Ask anyone who’s been watching Washington for more than five minutes which Republicans are most likely to break ranks the second things get uncomfortable, and you’ll hear THE SAME FOUR NAMES every time. Tillis. Murkowski. Collins. McConnell.

It’s like clockwork.

They’re not rebels. They’re not principled independents. They’re not bravely standing against the tide.

When Democrats can’t quite get across the finish line on their own, these are the Republicans who wander over and quietly hold the door open.

BREAKING: Where is the moral outrage!?

CHRISTIAN children as young as four (4) years old are being sold as sex slaves and worked to death in cobalt mines in the Congo. Sold by Islamist militias and trafficking networks while the world looks the other way. This is not a rumor. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is happening right now.

Where is the worthless United Nations? They have had peacekeepers on the ground in the DRC for over two (2) decades. Billions of dollars spent. Endless summits held to talk about the problems. Zero results for these children.

The UN is not a force for justice; it is a bureaucratic shield for inaction dressed up in diplomatic language.

They told us Black Lives Matter. Apparently, that slogan has conditions attached to it that nobody put in the fine print because black CHRISTIAN children dying in mines and sold into sexual bondage cannot get sixty (60) seconds of attention from the same people who shut down cities over other causes.

This is what moral corruption looks like at its darkest. The kind that lets children suffer in silence because acknowledging it would demand something from the people in power, and they are not willing to pay that price.

We need to pray for all children who, worldwide, face these type conditions. Help them where you can and stand against those leaders and organizations that stand for nothing except their own selfishness!
