#Ageism exists but it's not rife - big majority of our career changers had not experienced ageism when we surveyed them.

- 89% of Now Teachers said they had never heard colleagues saying ageist things.
- 85% said they had never felt excluded socially on the basis of their age.

@VincentNeate Hi. If you wanted squared hold Alt and type 253 on the number pad. For cubed type 252. That's assuming you have a number pad of course. If you want kids to type in indices then you will have to format the cells in such a way using alignment and no grid lines so that it looks ok.
