I believe their game plan is to win the LBRY lawsuit so it creates a precedent they can cite if the Ripple case goes to trial

@Leerzeit Big banks are afraid of XRP and ODL, as it will cut their revenue from international payments and huge fees they apply to smaller banks and individuals through the correspondent banking system for international transfers
