ROCOR is poor, dirt poor, it has Priests on food stamps or working 40-60 hour weeks in a day job because they have no salary. Also, the only Orthobro influencer I know of whose traveled to Russia is @GnomeRad and he said based on his observations there, the Russian Government and rich Russians affiliated with the Government are far more interested in funding people like Jackson Hinkle than any sort of Orthobro influencer or paying Orthodox Clergy to advance their agenda in America.
