After filing a dispute & 10+ hours of phone calls, we finally got to someone who changed the duty calculation. Paid the corrected amt and got the shipment. Be persistent!

.@DHLGlobal I had a $100 package from India charged ~$3000 duty (bc they forgot to convert the value from INR to $). I’ve contacted cust service by email and phone and submitted a dispute. How can I get this dispute expedited so it doesn’t get returned to sender? #tariffs @DHLUS

.@AmernAir support is so unhelpful. I was told my flight was cancelled bc of a plane maintenance issue. Now customer support calls it weather to refuse to reimburse my hotel. Horrible experience

🚨Apparently all NIH Study Sections have been suspended indefinitely.

For those who don’t know, this means there won’t be any review of grants submitted to NIH

Depending on how long this goes on for, this could lead to an interruption in billions in research funding.
