@donal_brenna @ingridmileyRTE It's a DAA issue as the DAA has the overall responsibility for the airport. The accountability belongs with the DAA and they should stop passing the buck.
They should have SLAs and policies in place for all airlines to abide. The DAA should Enforce those policies and SLAs
