I am a J6er.

Had even one officer said, “Do not go in,” I would not have gone in.

Had I seen one sign — one message from the largest PA system in the world telling us to stay out — I would not have gone in.

Instead I watched city halls across the country, including Seattle, open up for BLM. Then I walked a handicap ramp into the Capitol while people were already walking in and out.

No warning. No line I was told not to cross. No order I heard and ignored.

For that I received a punishment harsher than anything I had ever seen handed to the other side.

Liberals got $50 tickets.
Conservatives got prison.

That is not equal justice.
That is a message.

Dear President Trump,

First off, thank you for your Presidential Pardon. I am a law abiding, God fearing, Trump supporting Patriot. On January 20th 2021 me and my family’s lives changed and it was not for the better. Alone with my 9 year old daughter nearly a dozen FBI agents served me with an arrest warrant. Visibly shaken I sent my daughter to her room. I cooperated with agents for nearly 3 hours only being able to comfort her once while agents surrounded our home. I asked that I can be cuffed out of her line of sight, which they did, brought to Stewart Air Force Base, processed then jailed. My wife and child panicked with uncertainty at what would come. Charged and faced 30 years and 12 months if convicted. I learned that the FBI, according to their own tapes that were reviewed by my lawyer, admitted that they couldn’t arrest me but proceeded to do so. Upon leaving SDNY the FBI advised me to “get ahead of this” but the damage had already been done.
I lost my full-time job as an Occupational therapist in Mount Vernon of almost 2 decades, ruining my reputation. I lost my business , friends, family and almost my wife and child. Almost 7 months of severe debilitating depression, living alone, being stalked everyday by agents, mysterious people parked outside my home, news hounded and doxed me. Me and my family harassed ‐ labeled racists and terrorists. My wife a Registered Nurse had to leave her job. I had to move to another state just for a chance to gain employment because every interview ended with a simple google search. The effects of my arrest still live to this very day. Traumatized, my daughter has developed a mental illness resulting in years of out-of-pocket therapy, hospitals, hotels, treatment centers, and travel expenses. Since then, we’ve made a home in Florida where once again change of jobs, schools and support for our daughter. I NEVER entered the Capitol on January 6th. No recourse could have been taken since no lawyers wanted to touch this case. I was labeled, hunted (№7 on Antifa list), surveilled, brought to national news where the FBI viciously spread an embarrassing photo of me, embarrassed, shamed and univocally decimated. For these reasons, I hold the USA government accountable for putting me and my family in harms way.
