@virginmedia I have now had 4 internet outages in 7 days for several hours at a time. No advance warning but magically comes back on at the end of the day!! Can no longer work from home and been told it’ll be £470 to leave!! Awful service

@VirginMediaIE what sort of customer service are you running! Contract agreed in Nov and after multiple calls, an escalation case and multiple technician visits planned but not attended our issues are still not solved all while you over charge us each month. Unacceptable!

@virginmedia Spoken to your team yesterday again.. was promised broadband will arrive and would have been fixed yesterday. Never happened again
