@LandsEnd totally disappointed. Used to a reliable company. Ordered 2.5 weeks ago. Traveling in soon and clothing for trip not here. No estimate. Blame being focused on distribution system. And online person thinks itโs okay if delivered and sits outside while we are away. Nice.
@united might be nice if your attendants paid attention to all people the same. Offered guy next to me in aisle seat a (second) snack. Never looked at me. He declined she moved to folks across aisle. She asked both of them and the other rows. So much for paying for first class.
