@CoachRobMcCoy@PitchingNinja Love the simple mindset. I’ve always questioned why some coaches are so heavy on scouting reports and trying to pitch to hitters weaknesses instead of letting pitchers throw to their own strengths.
Since the start, @CleGuardians/@CLEInspires have been the most consistent supporters of the @PositiveCoachUS movement in Ohio. I am proud and grateful we have extended our partnership for another year to continue the positive development of our youth through sport!
Good coaches understand that the result is a byproduct of the process. Great coaches understand that the scoreboard and win column are not the only results that matter.
