I think it shows a very level of self-confidence when you are able to.

Bootlicking, back-stabbing, toxic competition will always be there. But there are those 10% who are there for the purpose and passion behind the work. In my view these are the ones who outperform the rest in the long-run. They definitely have a much more fulfilling life outside of the workplace.
