Wondering why @theicai and Elected CCM are not raising issues about the non-working GST site today on the due date?
Ideally, it's their job to communicate with the government.
What do you think?

Dear @Infosys_GSTN , a gentle reminder: today isn’t a relaxed Sunday, it’s a crucial Monday with GSTR-3B payment & filing due.
When the portal refuses to cooperate, taxpayers shouldn’t be penalized for it.
Late fees for system failures is simply unfair.
Fix the portal. Let compliance happen smoothly.

GST portal is not functioning smoothly from past some days,
With the last date for GSTR-3B filing being today, the portal is extremely slow and options and OTP are getting delayed.
Despite this, no extension has been announced so far. @Infosys_GSTN An early extension is needed so that professionals do not feel stressed and pressured.
Even if a last-minute extension is given, past experience shows it is of little practical use for professionals.

In my entire professional life as a CA I have never seen such consistent failure of a statutory compliance portal.
Hours of productive time wasted.
Repeated disruptions.
And ultimately mental harassment of taxpayers and professionals.
Perhaps it’s time to seriously examine accountability even through a PIL…

📢 APPEAL TO TAXPAYERS
Dear Taxpayers,
We all know that timely compliance is our responsibility, but it is equally important that sufficient time and a stable system are provided by the authorities to make compliance possible in a fair manner.
This year, the Income Tax utilities were delayed and system issues have consumed valuable time of both taxpayers and professionals. As a result, the gap between the ITR filing deadline and Tax Audit due date has been drastically reduced. Preparing financials, reconciling data, and conducting audits with accuracy requires adequate time – not a rushed approach.
⚠️ Rushing through audits not only increases errors but also compromises the quality of reporting, which may ultimately harm taxpayers.
That is why we request all taxpayers to join hands in asking for a reasonable extension of the Tax Audit due date till 30th November 2025.
This demand is not for relaxation, but for justice and practicality. It ensures:
✅ Proper reconciliation and error-free reporting
✅ Reduced last-minute stress and system crashes
✅ Fair opportunity to complete work with due diligence
👉 Your voice matters. Please support this cause by writing to @IncomeTaxIndia, @FinMinIndia, and other concerned authorities on social media and professional platforms.
Together, let us make sure compliance remains smooth, fair, and accurate.
