@TataMotors Car broke down mid-journey. Tata Motors RSA towed it, but nearest service centre refused to accept since it was serviced elsewhere. Paid ₹3K extra out of pocket. It’s been 2 days at the service centre — no update yet.

@TataMotors Your service is pathetic, it’s been 5 days since I gave my car for service no update yet. No one picks up my call too. I have been owning a car for past 9 years, Tata has the worst customer service. I regret choosing Tata Motors.
