On #ArmsTreaty universalization, Raluca Muresan, on behalf of Control Arms, suggested the prioritization of info exchange. States can listen & learn directly from their peers about their specific experiences w/ risk assessment, transit & transshipment & diversion. #CSP8 ⬇️
