@AskVirginMoney Finally got to speak to someone at customer call centre. Clinton trying to sort it out but then put me on hold whilst he tried to get me transferred to the ISA savings team. Sat on hold for over 25 mins but he never came back. PLEASE send back my original marriage certificate

@AskVirginMoney Ok, I’ve already completed the amendment form and sent it with my marriage certificate to Bering House which is the address it directs you to on your website. Why can’t they forward it to the right place or return it to me? I don’t want to lose another original certificate to you
