@RiotPhlox @RiotPhlox the replacement rune doesn't seem useful in lower elo. Why not have it grant attack speed or raw ad/ap? Or even damage amp up to 10%?

@RiotPhlox @RiotPhlox Lux doesn't need a nerf... She was doing poorly all s11 and now when she is finally viable mid, she gets nerfed...

@RiotPhlox @RiotPhlox Lux needs a revert on a movement nerf from years ago. At the time there wasn't many dash champs. Lux struggles early vs high wave clear or all in champs, she has no control in lane. High cd and mana cost hold her back. She is too item reliant because of this.

@JeevunSidhu Can Lux get some kind of high elo buff? So much movement speed and dashes in the game make her harder to play. Then when you hit your skills, it just doesn't feel like enough damage. Item cost to do damage for her are too high. Compared to other champs.
