@Slatzism They aren’t afghani. If you speak to them they don’t even speak dari, they speak persian. They are Hazara, from Iran but w afghani bloodline. Saying they’re from Afghanistan grants them asylum more easily, or at least this was the case 10 years ago.

@KatieMiller I disagree. The amount of nagging, worrying, organising, sacrificing, cleaning, planning, fixing, arguing etc etc. It chips away at your soul too you know, just like work can bug you. It’s not all roses and rewards, far from it.
