@Flipkart FRAUD.. Ordered a stainless steel pressure cooker and received a cheap Aluminium one with a broken handle. On trying to return, it says replacement only, that too if the product is not broken. @flipkartsupport agent says system is not yet updated

@SwiggyCares Are you saying any or all? I have been a customer and like your service, but I'm hesitant in ordering. Can you assure me that both the numbers would be tried, and if the agent misses the alternate number, you will refund the order?

Please beware of exorbitant cancellation charges by @swiggy_in. I missed the calls of their delivery boy and they not just refused to deliver, but also charged me Rs.489 as cancellation fee. Looks like some people want to benefit out of the #COVID19 misery. @nandanreddy

If they fail to do so, would you refund or reattempt delivery?

@SwiggyCares Is there a way someone can enter an alternate number for an order? Or missing the call for any reason would simply mean cancellation? Sometimes the agents call even when the address is clear. If one misses the call, they won't bother trying to deliver, just cancel. Easy!

Some young vigilantes in AC block, Shalimar Bagh are obstructing delivery of essential services like milk, groceries, etc. This is forcing residents to go out of their houses and is a serious risk. The RWA is helpless. @DelhiPolice @msisodia @ArvindKejriwal
