We've just released NFC Passkey Manager - an easy way to manage discoverable credentials on your #FIDO#NFC#Passkey token, keyfob, or card. Check it out at https://t.co/7IAYThjGdx
Want to use your NFC passkey token with your laptop but don’t have an NFC reader, or just don’t want to lug one around with you when you have a perfectly good (Android) phone with NFC in it? You need NFC Passkey Bridge! Check it out https://t.co/p3CbnU6OcX #passkey#fido#nfc
Exciting news! Tomorrow I will be speaking at a microchip implant event in Tokyo https://t.co/J8GbkKwLeU
Business in Japan comes with unique challenges. I'm proud of the progress @VivoKeyJapan has made bringing our technology to this exciting market. #chipimplant#augmented
https://t.co/jaWamkxP8p - Spark Actions is a new app for the VivoKey Spark cryptobionic chip implant. Actions are events that launch when someone scans your Spark with a tap of their NFC enabled phone!
We are changing up our approach to personal microchip implants and the services they can be used with. We released Spark Actions today to facilitate easy yet powerful NFC data sharing features for our Spark customers https://t.co/SizNoHgf3z #biohacking#transhumanism#chipimplant
@PeterMazzarol The pin for the legacy platform is not resettable unfortunately. We are just about to release an update for a new Spark Actions app that separates IdP functions from sharable data completely. This new system has no connection to current pin code. Stay tuned.
@iamsvenh@satochip@1ofthemanymatts@safe@WalletConnect What would you be tapping to sign if not a companion app of some kind or form? Wallets without a user interface will always be higher risk, so hot wallet applications should be the focus. There are other use cases like key recovery with pin / passphrase that could be used.
VivoKey believes in cryptographic identity proofs, not biometric analog data collection that's worse than a password once compromised. Granting 3rd parties the power to identify you using a technology that's not secure enough to authenticate you is a terrible idea.
Support Home | DigitalOcean Documentation https://t.co/qQ4lHzGKyV
Why no support for standard @FIDOAlliance security keys to secure accounts? Digital Ocean admin and team accounts have absolute control over VPS and services, why not allow the best security protection? #security
@bitcoinpup@Coinkite@nunchuk_io@Keycard_ If they're open source then very likely yes. Closed source indicates they have a closed business plan and probably won't want to support 3rd party devices like Apex.
We've released an early access version of our Apex Manager application for Android! The current version will can't deploy applets to Apex, that's still Fidesmo (for now). But, you can do things like push keys to HMAC-SHA1 or manage your OTP codes. https://t.co/pLhEV9bCfE
@CoinbaseSupport Considering Coinbase marks SMS as the least secure option of the 2FA methods offered, perhaps you should consider redesigning your system. Hijacking SMS is dead simple. This is a design flaw in our opinion. #cybersecurity#CyberSecurityAwareness
@CoinbaseSupport@coinbase
When I register a security key, my OTP authenticator keys disappear / reset, yet my SMS number remains an alternative option. I would rather retain OTP as a backup option than SMS in the event my security key is lost or stolen, and drop SMS entirely.
@M_Ellicott @amiedoubleD@fak3r@DangerousThings No battery. Proximity is limited and intentional. You can register the implant with infinity cars. In short, no problems at all :)
@amiedoubleD@KatzCreates@DangerousThings Our passive transponders induct energy from the magnetic field generated by the NFC readers commonly found in smartphones, access control systems, and payment terminals. This field is then modulated to communicate. There are no batteries or broadcast transmissions.
@supersat@DangerousThings@fak3r@amiedoubleD Master chip keys are not released because the premise is that Fidesmo enables a secure multi-application environment so larger companies like transit systems and access control will have confidence to share a common chip space. If you'd like a DESFire emulator for Apex, DM us.
