@Elioosa@iamfemi_g Don't blame her, she's naive..There are some things you learn by personal experience and this is one of it..If you haven't been with a chronic Lair and gaslighter you won't understand..
A woman has just given birth.
Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding.
This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is.
That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.
So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.
It should be there.
As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery.
Ask questions. Know what is available.
Prepare before the emergency comes.
RT so that expectant mothers and fathers can see this very important message.

Full grown adults that can’t swim, cycle, skate, backpack, take a gap year, vacation, play an instrument or speak multiple foreign languages. Just a lifetime of hustling and trying to leave survival mode. These are subtle poverty metrics that no one really talks about
@Catholicizm1 When the man touched the bones of Elisha, he revived, and stood on his feet.”

the physical remains of a prophet became the occasion of a miraculous act of God.
Read about the Saint and the many miracles related to her remains.
God bless you.
Let us talk about kidney failure in Nigeria.
A dialysis session costs between ₦50,000 and ₦100,000. You need three a week. That is about ₦600,000 a month.
And the money is just buying you time. Nobody is getting a cure at the end of ₦600,000 a month. 🧵
