Building a habit requires intention, practice, and repetition.
Find a new way to address a group. My go-to's are folks, team, and friends.
@Tanya_Sabrinaaa@Airbnb Source: I used to be an Admin in my city for our Short Term Rental Program! We took reports like this seriously, and escalated to our Code Enforcement team immediately. We helped folks get their money back from scummy hosts for reasons just like this. Report to AirBnB, too!
@Tanya_Sabrinaaa@Airbnb The host will have their Short Term Rental License revoked if they are found renting a unit that does not meet the minimum standards for habitability.
Call City Hall, speak with an admin for the Short Term Rental Program, provide the home address and the screen shots. Good luck!
