@AmazonHelp Basically u r saying that amazon customers don't matter much and u can't help them because the delivery agent "marked the order as returning or cancelled" without bothering to contact the customer or picking up their calls.

@amazonIN what is happening with your deliveries. Have ordered a package twice and after waiting for 4 days, ur carrier keeps on updating "delayed due to external factors" and cancels my order. I have received other orders within this time, but this one keeps getting delayed.

@AmazonHelp Hi Pooja. If u r helpless within ur own company, what can be expected from ur delivery agents. After following up for 4 days, how ethical is it on ur part to provide this kind of a response. If u intended to not deliver, why bother tqking the order and harrasing us?
