Everytime there's no way to get support, always getting a generic reply to leave a feedback.
Shit service, not the first time either. Sometimes items missing or package completely leaked off, Late deliveries now wrong order and I'm supposed to manage & pay?

I got wrong order delivered and have shared photo's and instead of assigning me an agent to help resolve issue. Swiggy's shitty service told they need 6hrs time & received this generic email reply.
