@Aeroflot_World Hi there, I was curious how likely it is that Aeroflot could waive the change fee on our tickets (travelling with small kids, currently looking at $200 CAD for changes). Another airline changed our flight arrangements Our desired flights have plenty of seats.

@icbc @Allwestins Just got off a phone talking to a very polite renewals representative. I was told that for any changes I'd have to come to the office which is quite an inconvenience during the quarantine, to say the least. @icbc Will our rates be adjusted during the pandemic?
