@Hertz@Uber I’ve just had the worst experience. I’ve sent an email to the escalation team. 2270546-UBER 2024 DRIVER PROGRAM for rental# K83730011D4 - I was grossly overcharged and have received no help from support. 5/22 employee ID #9805 said to reach out to you for help.

@TMobile I have been a customer for over 15+ years and I'm at my wit's end. I have been kicked back and forth between Apple and T-Mobile for 12 hours now maybe more! Long story short, you sold me a phone that is stuck on a Remote Management screen so I can't complete setup. Help
