Congratulations @MothersUnion on 150 years of faithful service.
It’s was wonderful to be at St Paul’s to give thanks for the remarkable work they do.
Thank you for rolling up your sleeves, for sharing the good news of the gospel and improving the lives of millions of people, bringing hope to our world.
Today we celebrate the feast of Corpus Christi. We give thanks for Jesus’ presence in the Eucharist—given to nourish us and bring us together as one body.
See our online Newsletter for details of what’s on this week.
Flower Power: I surpised myself with these bold flowers in acrylic inks and collage as they're so exuberant and different from anything else I've produced! It's found a happy home in the kitchen of a local couple. They tell me it brings them joy every day! I love my job!
This Sunday we celebrate Trinity Sunday, one of the great feasts of the Church, when we reflect on the mystery of God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. All welcome to join us.
When I created this Still Life with Yellow Jug on a recent art course, it took me back to my time at art school when a collection of objects was the most accessible way of learning observational drawing. These days I'm using acrylic paint, collage, and crayons to explore color and shape in a simple, yet expressive way. It’s part of a series of experiments with mixed-media techniques to develop a more personal and contemporary style. https://t.co/ESzpLs38Ea
