a gigantic percentage of Tesla employees are multimillionaires who are just average working Joes, and 85% of the company is owned by regular people in the form of stock in 401k retirement plans and investments. Elon doesn’t have cash, he has voting rights on how the company should be run.

There’s no “hoarding”, but there is a lot of value creation. This is how all public companies work, and how the stock market works. Elon doesn’t even own a house, so what exactly is he “hoarding”?
